Hatha Yoga, or Hatha Vidya, was established by Yogi Swatmarama. Not only was Swatmarama an intellectual of 15th century yoga, but also put together the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. In this work, Swatmarama discusses Hatha Yoga as a starting point for physical purification of the body, which ultimately leads to higher meditation. Most people in the west associate yoga with hatha and hatha yoga can provide mental and physical health benefits to those who practice it.

TBFM® is a Yoga/Movement Therapy technique acknowledged alongside Pilates, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, etc. Teacher Training offers Yoga Alliance, Level I – 200 hours, Level II - 500 hours, and the opportunity to become a TBFM® practitioner at 1000 hours training. Linda Lack, Ph.D. works with a spectrum of novice teachers through highly-experienced teachers who need/want to deepen or elevate teaching skills in order to enhance effectiveness and success with students/clients.

Taught by instructors with decades of experience and extensive education, this program will give the student a strong foundation in western and eastern anatomy, physiology, and philosophy.
