After almost 20 years of teaching fitness classes, and an extremely active lifestyle, I took to my mat after a severe hamstring and subsequent lower back injury laid me low. I had hopes that yoga would help speed the recovery of my body, and prevent further injury. I never expected the profound impact it would have on my life both physically, spiritually, and emotionally. In all aspects I am happier, stronger, calmer, and more connected.
