Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style of yoga that concentrates on a dynamic connecting posture that then creates a flow between the more traditional yoga poses. Through breath, the movement of the posture and the time the posture is held can be determined. Vinyasa Flow is a variation of the Sun Salutation or Sūrya namaskāra and this entire practice can be characterized by six series of postures that are always done in the same order and are shared with special breathing called ujjāyī breathing . The purpose of this style of yoga is to create heat within the body which then leads to sweating and ultimately purification of the body. Vinyasa Flow Yoga can improve flexibility and strength with a reduced risk of injury.

She is the owner of Desert Shakti Yoga LLC in Anthem AZ where she teaches private and semi-private classes. Jamie focuses on proper alignment,awareness of anatomy and breath, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. She believes in an individualized approach to asana practice and employs extensive use of props and the yoga wall to enhance her student's experience.
Jen is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher through Boston's Back Bay Yoga (now YogaWorks Boston), and has studied a variety of yoga modalities including vinyasa, prenatal, and restorative yoga, as well as mindfulness meditation. She's had experience teaching yoga to practitioners of all ages, from elementary school students to seniors, and everything in between. No matter what style of yoga you're looking for, whether a vigorous vinyasa or a gentle slow flow, Jen will help you feel at ease with her lighthearted and playful style.
Jennie has travelled the world, after returning in 2009 began attending yoga classes at Breeze yoga studio in Kent and found that she really enjoyed it, and also found other benefits started happening to her, it helped with her stress and anxiety, and helped build her self-esteem and confidence as well as helping with an ongoing neck problem she had, and she lost weight.
My name is Jenny, I am a certified Yoga instructor in Bradenton, Florida. I offer Yoga instruction to beginner and intermediate yogis. In addition to teaching classes in traditional settings and in my NW Bradenton home, I offer beach yoga by appointment as well as periodic donation only classes on Anna Maria Island.
In 2009--seven years after my cancer diagnosis and moments after yet another potentially embarrassing wardrobe malfunction duringa yoga class--I ditched my breast form at the studio, acknowledging that I had found my second home. I've used yoga to nurture myself as both a survivor and caregiver, discovering that a conscious practice is indeed for every body.

I'm Kate Gruber, a RYT200 yoga teacher excited to share my love of yoga with you. Although yoga intrigued me since high school gym classes where the teacher just played a yoga video (those were my favorite gym days!), I began practicing regularly in 2014. Looking for something new to do on a vacation, I stumbled across a hot flow yoga studio and decided to give it a try.
Kate is passionate about educating and empowering women to connect: with their bodies, their inner selves, and each other. Her thoughtfully sequenced classes cultivate space to turn inwards and dig just a little deeper in order to create transformation. She brings a sense of depth and calm to fertility and restorative yoga, but also likes to challenge her students in vigorous vinyasa classes.
Keri Honea has, in all honesty, not been practicing yoga for decades. She was talked into trying out yoga with a friend in 2014. Keri begrudgingly went, strongly believing that yoga was just a bunch of hippie dippie baloney. By her first class, she was HOOKED. A few months in, she wanted to be a teacher. Yoga completely changed her life. As such, she couldn’t keep it all to herself. She had to share yoga with others and hopefully change their lives the way only yoga can.
