The objective of Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in India is to provide beginners and experienced Yoga students with strong technical and theoretical experience. This will enable them to perform Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series with perfection and correct alignment. The course will equip the future teachers to be completely autonomous and ready to run their own yoga classes at the highest standards.

The 300 hours yoga teacher training in India is an advanced course designed to provide a rigorous training that takes students deeper into their Yoga practice and meditation. This course will diligently provide students with tips on how to practice injury free Ashtanga yoga based on Iyengar’s alignment principals and using props, focus on key alignment points and hands on adjustments, easy-to-follow guidelines that you would need to embark your yoga teaching journey.

Andy's yoga journey began upon his move to San Diego from Iowa in 2014. While he spent most of his time exploring and getting to know his new community through traditional fitness (i.e., running, hiking, biking, etc.). He also found some Southern California inspiration along the way and took up yoga and surf as almost daily practices.

Dennis Kerr received his B.A. in Yoga and Tai Chi from Naropa University in 2016.
He started playing trumpet professionally in 2002, practicing yoga in 2002, parter/social dancing in 2004, and has been teaching partner/social dance since 2008. He has taken workshops with a student of Claude Gordon, Seane Corn, Amy Ippoliti, Kino MacGregor, Ron Montez, Diane Jarmolow, Monty & Kristin Ham, Benji Schwimmer, and others.
I am a RYT who has received my 200+ hours training and certificate. I also obtained by 20+ hour kids/teen yoga certificate. I am a Zumba teacher holding my B1, B2, and Strong by Zumba certifications. I also have a Mat Pilates certification, Primary Aerobics and Group Fitness certification, as well as, my Barre Above certification for Barre Fitness.

Jen is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher through Boston's Back Bay Yoga (now YogaWorks Boston), and has studied a variety of yoga modalities including vinyasa, prenatal, and restorative yoga, as well as mindfulness meditation. She's had experience teaching yoga to practitioners of all ages, from elementary school students to seniors, and everything in between. Jennie has travelled the world, after returning in 2009 began attending yoga classes at Breeze yoga studio in Kent and found that she really enjoyed it, and also found other benefits started happening to her, it helped with her stress and anxiety, and helped build her self-esteem and confidence as well as helping with an ongoing neck problem she had, and she lost weight.
I have been practicing Yoga for 5 years and now wish to share the knowledge of self and Yoga I have collected with others. My classes are casual and a great place to start a practice or to grow your practice reaching for more advanced poses. I am an RYT 200, trained in CPR and First Aid in the event of any emergency. I have studied Yoga for Trauma, Chair and Chakra Yoga as I reach into the deeply personal healing work I feel called for. I am also a Local Church Lay Servant in the United Methodist Church.
