Emma first discovered yoga in 2011 and has wanted more ever since. The clarity she felt after that first practice kept her coming back. Yoga provides her a deep sense of strength and release that has been her foundation through life's ever changing journey. Emma completed Teacher Training at Health Thru Yoga which has broadened her knowledge, deepened her practice, and heightened her spiritual awareness, bringing her closer to the light within. Inspired by the science of anatomy and the art of movement and its healing effects on the body prompted Emma to embark on the path to become a dedicated yoga instructor to share the powerful benefits of yoga to motivate and guide others to health and wellness.
