I took my first yoga class 5 years ago and instantly fell in love with the practice. The positive effects it has had on my life inspired me to share it with as many people as possible. I underwent the 200-hour training to become an instructor in 2016. The training expanded my knowledge of yoga and provided a space for me to perform in depth self-study. The transformation I underwent has given me a new outlook on life and yoga. Yoga has become a way of living for me. I incorporate postures in my classes that will strengthen and energize the body and mind. I strive to provide a non-judgmental space for all to participate at a level that is right for them. I believe that the experience of yoga is different for everyone and I challenge my fellow yogi's to uncover what they need to live a more enjoyable life.
