Meredith is a licensed Physical Therapist and RYT500. Her studio, Kioko Therapy, is a boutique practice in South Florida that integrates Physical Therapy with Yoga for a whole person approach to healing and wellness.  Specialty areas include Advanced Certification in The Schroth Method for Scoliosis, orthopedics, balance and vestibular, and yoga therapy.  Because of her engaging style and depth of knowledge, Meredith is a highly sought after teacher for Anatomy & Physiology for Yoga Teacher Trainer Programs across North America.

Michael Johnson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. He completed his 200-Hour RYT training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s Center for Integrative Medicine. In addition to Yoga training, Michael has also completed Level I, II, and Advanced Level Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Training with Bonnie Tarantino E-RYT, a 15-year practicing Reiki Master in the Usui and Karuna traditions. A recent transplant to the Washington D.C.

Monica is a Bhakti (devotional) Yogini, and teaches Prana Vinyasa Flow, cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective. She is an assistant and teacher trainer facilitating the Prana Flow 200 Teacher Training Program in Shiva Rea's Samudra Global School of Living Yoga in Crested Butte, U.S., and internationally. She is the founder and creative director of Yoga for the Peaceful Studio and Yoga Rocks the Butte Winter Fest in Crested Butte, Colorado.

I teach tai chi and meditation and do mindfulness coaching using methods from Japanese psychology. I am the primary dharma teacher for Volusia Buddhist Fellowship and have received dharma transmission in Rinzai Zen. I also hold a certificate in Japanese psychology, using methods from Morita, Naikan and Kaizen for personal growth and to deepen Buddhist practice. I have taught traditional Yang style tai chi for several years, and also teach Moving For Better Balance, a tai chi program targeted at reducing risk of falls in older adults.

As a yoga therapist I teach a gentle form of hatha yoga.  I specialize in using yoga techniques (movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation) with people who have health issues.  In addtion to working one-on-one and in small groups I teach an 8 Week Course called "Yoga Therapy for the Mind" for Stress, Anxiety and Depression.

Olivia is a 200hrRYT, specializing in beginner and intermediate Vinyasa yoga, as well as Yin and Restorative yoga. She particularly enjoys teaching those who are just starting out in yoga, and individuals suffering from illness or injury. She has worked with a number of students coming back from recent health issues, to help them find true, whole health again, and to build spiritual, physical, and mental joy and confidence. She works on an individual basis, and with small groups in the Chicagoland area. 

Olivia began practicing yoga in 2008 and immediately fell in love. In 2010, Olivia started teaching yoga at Endicott College. She has completed multiple trainings with nationally and internationally renowned teachers: Yoga as Medicine with Timothy McCall & Lauren Toolin, Empower Flow Yoga with Seane Corn, Journey to Advanced Asanas with Liz Owen, and Celebrating Yoga Teachers & Professionalism in Yoga with Amy Ippoliti. She has completed a 480-hour internship teaching vinyasa, power, kids, prenatal, and restorative yoga.
