Michael Johnson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. He completed his 200-Hour RYT training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s Center for Integrative Medicine. In addition to Yoga training, Michael has also completed Level I, II, and Advanced Level Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Training with Bonnie Tarantino E-RYT, a 15-year practicing Reiki Master in the Usui and Karuna traditions. I teach tai chi and meditation and do mindfulness coaching using methods from Japanese psychology. I am the primary dharma teacher for Volusia Buddhist Fellowship and have received dharma transmission in Rinzai Zen. I also hold a certificate in Japanese psychology, using methods from Morita, Naikan and Kaizen for personal growth and to deepen Buddhist practice. Olivia is a 200hrRYT, specializing in beginner and intermediate Vinyasa yoga, as well as Yin and Restorative yoga. She has worked with a number of students coming back from recent health issues, to help them find true, whole health again, and to build spiritual, physical, and mental joy and confidence.
